SETLIST

COMMENTS/FURTHER INFORMATION

Submitted by Murray Harrison.

Bruce said that it is rare in his experience when someone unexpectedly shows up who can join him in short order. Hawksley Workman joined Bruce for the first 3 songs of the 2nd set and the last song of the night, to do some bongos and backup vocal. Have to say he helped punch up Wait No More, Tokyo, Waiting For A Miracle and Stolen Land very nicely. [He also added vocals to Life Short, Call Now.]

The highlight of the show for me was (and this also I have never experienced in all the shows I've seen) was
hearing an acoustic version of Stolen Land live. I've seen this with a large band in the 80s, one or two smaller bands in later years and solo with just a drum, but it's been years since I've heard it live at all, and never acoustically. This driving version, with great soloing and some added percussion from Mr Workman was a definite treat, and a solid way to end the show.
