BRUCE COCKBURN WITH A TWIST
-- Marge's Kitchen Floor --

Index

Rewrite of "Peggy's Kitchen Wall," by Karen Derrick

Crashing in the kitchen, a muffled voice cries "D'oh",
Roll over and go back to sleep, it's a bad dream it's so,
So how come the can is drainining? Who opened the fridge door?
And who put that Duff's beer spill on Marge's kitchen floor?

Bart arrives, muddies up the floor,
Marge pulls out the mop, but the bucket's a no-show,
Lisa no doubt will tell all, she really is a bore,
And who put that Duff's beer spill on Marge's kitchen floor?

Krusty's on the back porch, annoying the whole lane,
He's drinking gin and joking, but laughs don't fall like rain,
Everybody wears a halo, never saw nothing for shor,
And who put that Duff's beer spill on Marge's kitchen floor?
